We provide a range of care options, from short-term to long-term, along with various living arrangements and professional clinical services. We are transforming the delivery of care by uniting compassionate, skilled, and motivated individuals who strive to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety protocols, life safety measures, and infection control policies during daily tasks.
  • Prepare meals as assigned and assist the head cook as necessary, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices are followed. Familiarize yourself with dietary requirements and menu options.
  • Serve meals, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and clear tables as needed.
  • Wash dishes and kitchen equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure meal preparation aligns with prescribed menus, accommodating resident preferences whenever possible.
  • Prepare and distribute snacks for the nursing department as required.
  • Restock supplies in the storeroom and manage inventory as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness by taking out trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment.
  • Facilitate family meals with residents on occasion.
  • Sanitize all carts, wash and store dishes, and manage waste disposal.

Qualifications:

• Completion of orientation as mandated by company policy.

• Successful health screening and TB test completion within two weeks of employment.

• Mandatory drug testing upon hiring.

• Clean criminal background check.

• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations relevant to the role.

• Proof of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.

• Valid Food Handler's Permit.

• At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
