Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Store Shelving and Displays: Ensure that store shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing, with products facing forward and at eye level.
  • Rotate Products: Regularly rotate products on shelves and in storage rooms to ensure that older products are sold before they expire.
  • Transport Products: Transport products from the backroom to the sales floor, using equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Display Promotional Materials: Display promotional materials such as signs and banners in accounts to promote sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Maintain Backroom Stock: Keep backroom stock in neat and orderly condition, with products organized by category and facing forward.
  • Communicate with Store Managers and PepsiCo Management: Communicate any store issues or concerns to store managers and PepsiCo management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with store managers and customers, providing excellent customer service and responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing up to 45 pounds, as well as bend, reach, and squat while merchandising and moving products.
  • Transportation: Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred, with experience in merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
