Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota or Minnesota.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
