Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes (2-5 axis) for production runs, ensuring high-quality output and optimal production efficiency.
  • Utilize GD&T principles to inspect and verify the accuracy of finished products.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably with CNC lathe operations and a strong understanding of GD&T principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, with a willingness to work second shift hours in a union environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in GD&T, CNC Tooling, and Machine Setups for Production Runs.
  • Experience with CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) and familiarity with renowned brands like Okuma, DMG Mori Seiki, and Doosan.
Compensation

$28 - $33 / hr
