Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and managing financial planning systems and reports.
  • Providing analytical insights to business leaders to enhance decision-making.
  • Supporting the monthly closing and forecasting processes by consolidating data from various departments.
  • Overseeing the annual budgeting process collaboratively with department members.
  • Creating the Information Technology and Selling, General, and Administrative expenses budget from inception.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and managing financial data to generate reports for monthly Profit and Loss assessments and financial forecasts.
  • Designing reporting mechanisms and maintaining software systems for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Delivering insights for monthly and quarterly business evaluations.
  • Monitoring and assessing data for forecast precision, identifying variance drivers, and providing analysis for current and future periods.
  • Conducting ad hoc data evaluations for senior leadership.
  • Fostering relationships with other departments to enhance collaboration.
Qualifications we seek:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business; an MBA or CPA designation is advantageous.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proven expertise in financial forecasting, fundamental accounting principles, modeling, and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management, OneStream, Table Manager One, Hyperion, or similar multidimensional forecasting tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in business, technology, and finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau and JD Edwards is a plus.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with business partners and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
