Shift Availability
- 2nd Shift: 2 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m.–06:30 a.m.
Position Scope and Objectives
This role necessitates a solid understanding and capability to execute tasks related to the production of pharmaceutical products within a cleanroom setting. This includes the aseptic processing of devices and assembled goods, adhering to reliable methodologies as per established protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete training modules on cleaning and sanitization practices for aseptic environments, covering the use of various germicidal and bactericidal agents.
- Master gowning procedures for entry and exit from ISO 5/6 designated areas.
- Conduct setup activities and operate aseptic filling machinery, ensuring thorough cleaning post-fill.
- Evaluate processes and halt operations when necessary to guarantee product quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation practices for batch records, forms, and logbooks.
- Support team members in manufacturing tasks as required.
- Uphold a well-organized and clean workplace.
- Adhere to all relevant SOP, GMP, and ISO regulations pertinent to the role.
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on task execution following appropriate SOPs.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative and manual dexterity.
- Capability to stand for extended periods while wearing appropriate gowning.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of material handling equipment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cGMP and aseptic gowning for ISO 5/6 is beneficial.
