Job Description

This Pediatric Diabetes Care Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join our team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing expert care and support to patients with diabetes, their families, and caregivers.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing patient education and support to help manage diabetes effectively
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conducting regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Knowledge of diabetes management principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
