Job Summary
Spectrum Health System is seeking a skilled Medication History Technician to assist our pharmacy team in documenting and clarifying medication history lists. As a key member of our team, you will process, enter, and interpret physician/nurse medication histories under the direction of our pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance in the documentation and clarification of medication history lists.
- Process, enter, and interpret physician/nurse medication histories.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists to ensure accurate and complete medication histories.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and technical skills.
