Nursing Center Operations Manager

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a skilled and experienced Weekend Director of Nursing to lead our nursing center operations from Friday at 5 PM to Monday at 7 AM.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure that care delivery is consistent with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, and policies, as well as state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
- Mentor, educate, coach, and discipline nursing team members.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals, and serve as a resource to all staff.
- May also provide direct patient care to maintain skills.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience, or Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience, or BSN, 2 years nursing experience.
- Successful nurse leadership experience for a minimum of one year.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $104,000 per year.
- Full-time position.
- Lebanon location.
