Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Bridge/Structural Engineer to join our Bridge Inspection Practice Team based out of Colorado Springs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of bridge inspection and structural analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of in-service bridges and structures to identify defects, damage, and other conditions that may impact safety or functionality.
  • Analyze data and develop reports detailing findings and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with team leads to develop and implement inspection plans and procedures.
  • Provide input into bridge inspection condition ratings and assist in the evaluation of findings.
  • Participate in business development and serve as primary contact with clients on bridge/structural project development, project management, and delivery.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree on target to graduate December 2024 or May 2025.
  • Preferred: FHWA NHI 2-week training course Bridge-specific engineering classes.
  • Passed E.I. exam prior to graduation.
