Overview

AECOM, a world-leading infrastructure consulting firm, is seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Leader to join its dynamic Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) Practice. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical direction, project management, and client-facing leadership to support the continued growth of our engineering and environmental services in the power and industrial markets.

About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a project manager and/or technical task leader on high-profile projects and accounts, developing new clients and nurturing existing relationships. With a strong focus on CCR ash basin closure, landfill design, solid waste management, groundwater and related regulatory projects, you will lead client meetings, coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, and communicate effectively with both scientific and non-scientific audiences.

Skills and Qualifications

We seek a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, or Hydrogeology, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree and Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) licensure are preferred. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in CCR-related projects, project management, business development, and proposal writing.
