Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our team at Autokiniton.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position that will facilitate electronic archiving requests from initial setup through post-production testing, working closely with technical and legal teams.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional meetings, documenting issues, and submitting tickets as outlined in procedure documents.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Set up electronic archiving projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate meetings between teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
  3. Document and track issues, providing timely resolutions and escalating complex problems when necessary.
  4. Submit tickets according to established procedures to ensure efficient project management.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with Information Management, Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), and production operations teams to address any issues related to electronic archiving projects.
  • Provide detailed overviews of archiving processes and requirements to system owners, business owners, or other stakeholders.
  • Field questions from system owners and direct them to the appropriate groups or resources.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to take lead, work independently, and thrive under direction.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong technical and analytical skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in technology, preferably in project coordination or a related field.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle processes and information lifecycle phases.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and cognizant of deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and client services skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

What We Offer:

  • Maintain working partnerships with Information Management (IM), Enterprise Infrastructure (EI), Compliance, and Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), as well as other Records Management team members.
  • An estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
