Position Title: Lid Packaging Specialist

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Lid Packaging Specialist to become an integral part of our production team. This role offers a competitive pay rate along with opportunities for advancement through our comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Packaging: Accurately package lids according to production schedules and specifications. Ensure that the correct number of lids are packed into sleeves and cases.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of lids for any defects, ensuring that only products meeting our high standards are packaged.
• Assistance to Operators: Support Lid Operators by managing scrap materials and preparing sheets for processing.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Labeling: Assist in the labeling and numbering of packaging cases as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Work Schedule: This position requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to perform tasks that include lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating machinery.
