Key Responsibilities- Receive training in the philosophy, objectives, and provisions of the Unemployment Insurance laws and programs.
- Perform less complex work processes and procedures.
- Develop skills in reading, comprehending, and applying written directions.
- Utilize verbal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and the public.
- Make basic mathematical computations, including percentages and averages.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of progressively responsible general office clerical experience involving some public contact.
