  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a visually appealing store display and optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business success.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.
  • Previous experience working in a paint or home improvement retail environment.
  • Knowledge of paint and painting techniques, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
