Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands to promote independence and safety.
  • Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation to support clients with mobility and personal care needs.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed to promote socialization and community engagement.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, and needs to ensure timely interventions and support.
Requirements
  • A compassionate and patient nature with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment, such as Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, or Hospital Setting.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with auto insurance to ensure safe transportation of clients.
  • A negative TB test or cleared chest X-ray to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Availability to work 2 weekend days per month to meet the needs of our clients.
