Job Summary
Centurion Managed Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision of nursing staff and working in a multidisciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Administrator to develop and implement nursing plans of care.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
Requirements
- NC (or compact state) RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of Full Time RN experience.
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years of experience as an RN required.
- 3-5 years Med Surg experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include a criminal background check.
