Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Logistics: Ensure all equipment purchases align with company policies and legal requirements, and assist in placing purchasing orders for equipment, guaranteeing accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain detailed records of all transactions, contracts, and equipment warranties, and verify that all equipment meets the technical specifications required for production.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and welcoming office environment, and manage calendars and scheduling to support Executives.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple executive level individuals; College degree and above preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Excel.
What We Offer:
  • An annual base pay of $52,000-$62,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
  • 15 days of PTO and a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, employee life insurance, and short and long-term disability coverage options.
