Esthetician - Cryoskin Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Esthetician to join our team at Restore Hyper Wellness. As a Lead Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing Cryoskin and Hydrafacial treatments, and contributing to the growth and success of our store.

• Perform Cryoskin and Hydrafacial treatments to the highest standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and maintain a strong client base, meeting or exceeding appointment goals and targets.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Keep accurate records of each client's session, including treatment plans and progress.
• Clean and maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Complete thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments, ensuring customers are fully informed and comfortable with the treatment process.
• Sell esthetic services to members and new customers, promoting our unique Cryoskin and Hydrafacial treatments.
• Cross-sell complementary services available at Restore, enhancing the customer experience and increasing revenue.
• Order supplies for esthetic treatments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer clients to support and enhance their service.
• Educate clients on the other Restore modalities, promoting a holistic approach to wellness and customer satisfaction.
• When not with clients, assist in other store operations, including greeting customers, answering phones, retailing out through POS, providing customer tours, selling services, operating equipment, light cleaning, etc.

• Licensed Esthetician
• Experience or certification in using CryoSkin and Hydrafacial equipment is not required but preferred.
