Lead Esthetician

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed esthetician to join our team at Restore Hyper Wellness in Newton, Massachusetts. As a Lead Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing Cryoskin and Hydrafacial treatments, and contributing to the growth of our Cryoskin business.

• Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial, and other esthetic services to clients
• Develop and maintain a client base, meeting or exceeding appointment goals
• Manage appointments, including booking, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions
• Clean and maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas
• Provide thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments
• Sell esthetic services to members and new customers
• Cross-sell complementary services available at Restore
• Order supplies for esthetic treatments
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and modalities
• Assist with other store operations, including greeting customers, answering phones, and retailing

• Licensed Esthetician
• Experience or certification in using CryoSkin and Hydrafacial equipment is a plus
