Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Crisis Responder to join our team in Vancouver, WA. As a Crisis Responder, you will provide crisis outreach services throughout Clark County, working closely with local hospitals, inpatient facilities, law enforcement, and mobile crisis teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social or behavioral science and at least two years of clinical experience in the field. You will be responsible for conducting involuntary treatment evaluations, initiating involuntary holds and commitments, and preparing witness statements and legal documents.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work rotating shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, and be on-call during peak demand periods. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct crisis outreach services throughout Clark County
  • Work closely with local hospitals, inpatient facilities, law enforcement, and mobile crisis teams
  • Conduct involuntary treatment evaluations
  • Initiate involuntary holds and commitments
  • Prepare witness statements and legal documents

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social or behavioral science
  • At least two years of clinical experience in the field
  • Active, approved credential from the Washington State Department of Health
  • Meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP)
