Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Salesforce to create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution.
  • Assist clients with password resets, account setup, and other technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support to clients.
Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service or technical support experience required.
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required.
  • Technical savvy with ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors.
  • Previous remote work from home experience a plus.
  • Previous Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Quick learner with ability to work independently.
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required.
What We Offer
  • Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance.
  • Work hours - Set Shift 8:00am-5:00pm (CST) Work Days - Mon-Fri.
  • Paid Training - Typically 1 week in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST).
  • Status - Full Time 40 hours.
