As a Public Area Attendant at Westgate Resorts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: Dusting, disinfecting, and cleaning of all public areas, including offices located in lobby and sales areas.
  • Supply Management: Restocking of toilet paper, paper towels, and other essential supplies in stock closets.
  • Monitoring and Restocking: Monitoring and restocking supplies needed in stock closets.
  • Floor Care: Sweeping and mopping all floors, including areas with rugs.
  • Glass and Mirror Maintenance: Maintaining all glass and mirror areas clean.
  • Trash and Recycling: Cleaning ashtrays and trash in public areas, and placing trash in specific areas for pick up.
  • Reporting and Communication: Reporting any engineering problems immediately to supervisors and centralized department locations.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuuming areas with rugs and cleaning offices located in lobby and sales areas.
  • Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors or centralized department locations.
