Gatehouse Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Gatehouse Attendant to join our team at The Resort at Pelican Hill. As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the safety, security, and cleanliness of our parking areas/levels. You will also be responsible for re-routing traffic when the parking facility reaches maximum capacity and ensuring that staff is informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels
• Re-route traffic when parking facility reaches maximum capacity
• Unlock/open and close/secure parking facility
• Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
• Document and report all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents)
• Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• None
