As a Bilingual Staffing Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with hiring managers on a daily basis, recruiting new talent for open positions, conducting interviews, processing and auditing payroll, and assisting current employees with any questions or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
  • Source and recruit top talent for open positions
  • Conduct thorough and effective interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Process and audit payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance
