Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Harrison, NY area. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide community-based outpatient services to patients in their homes, working with the geriatric population.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Harrison, NY area. The successful candidate will have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent standing) and eligibility for New York state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide community-based outpatient services to patients in their homes
  • Work with the geriatric population
  • Have a flexible schedule/hours per week based on your preference
  • Be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care (if PRN/Per Diem)
Requirements:
  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)
  • Eligibility for New York state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to drive/have a car
  • Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Experience working with the geriatric population (if PRN/Per Diem)
