About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take your skills to the next level and work on various installations, repairs, and maintenance projects across a range of commercial settings. Your expertise in commercial HVAC systems, combined with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, makes you an ideal candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Commercial HVAC Systems: Ensure efficient operation of air-conditioning units, perform regular maintenance on heating and cooling units, diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and repair or replace damaged equipment.
  • Install New Systems and Repair Damaged Parts: Install new heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, repair and replace damaged or worn parts, and inspect and service refrigeration equipment, including refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps.
  • Maintain Chilled and Hot Water Supply Systems: Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems, clean coils, blowers, check motors, and belt tensions, and assemble and install metal ductwork.
  • Collaborate with Management: Participate in planning and designing new installations of heating and air-conditioning systems, maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations, and recognize and identify potential risks and hazards associated with performing all work-related duties safely.
