Job Description

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team of professionals committed to empowering children with autism. As a care provider, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to foster growth and learning in our young clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children aged 2-6, promoting a nurturing environment that encourages development and learning.
  • Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with children's families, working collaboratively to support their loved ones.

Requirements:

  • Interest in and experience working with children, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable transportation to training locations and the local center, with punctuality essential.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
