We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Behavior Treatment & Analysis. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA-based therapy to individuals with neurodivergent conditions and behavior disorders.
Responsibilities- Deliver ABA treatment programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home
- Work with clients' families to implement client treatment plans
- Attend staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
- Complete daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner
- High School Diploma Minimum
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 3-8pm
- Commit to a consistent schedule with clients
- English fluency required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
- Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
- Ability to complete job's physical demands, including lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
- Health, dental, and vision benefits, paid holidays and PTO for BTs who work a minimum of 25 hours per week
