Job Description

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will work in the client's home, alongside a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, to help the child change behaviors and learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA services in the client's home
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisors/BCBAs
  • Collect data and write session notes

Requirements:

  • Negative TB test
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Clear criminal background
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons/ evenings
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet)
