Cath Lab Tech Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team at a Level II Trauma Center in Everett, WA.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Cath Lab Tech to work in a fast-paced environment, performing a variety of procedures, including diagnostic, emergent, and interventional cardiac cases.

Responsibilities
  • Perform catheterization procedures, including left and right heart catheterization, balloon angioplasty, and stent placement.
  • Assist with implantable device procedures, such as pacemaker and defibrillator placements.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech or related field.
  • ARRT, RCIS, and WA Radiology License required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
