The Talent Society is seeking a skilled Physician to provide temporary PM&R coverage at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point, NC. This is a great opportunity for medical professionals looking to work in a well-established Atrium Health facility.
Job DescriptionThis locum tenens position involves working as an independent contractor, providing full-time coverage ASAP on a ongoing basis. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with no call requirements. The minimum length of acceptance is one to two weeks per month, with an average of 10 patients per day.
The types of patients that will be seen include those with brain disorders, stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal injury, chronic pain, severe burns, limb amputation, severe arthritis, and weakness after recovering from serious illness such as infection, heart failure, or respiratory failure. The hospital uses the EPIC EMR system and requires candidates to have active BLS certification and be Board Certified.
Salary and BenefitsThe hourly rate for this position is $260, with an 8 hour guarantee from Monday to Friday. This is a competitive salary that reflects the expertise and experience required for this role. As an independent contractor, you will also be responsible for your own benefits, which can be tailored to meet your individual needs.
