Our 18 clinics offer Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children from birth to 18 years of age using a play-based model.

The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled BCBA to join our team at the High Point Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and hold a North Carolina BCBA license and BACB certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of ABA therapy by a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Additionally, you will manage up to 4 remote BCBAs, coordinate with families and RBTs/BTs, and be responsible for training and managing all BTs/RBTs.
This role requires strong patient assessment, management, and documentation skills. You will carry a rotating case load of kiddos that need extra attention and be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care.
