Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our hotel spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You will be responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions, including cleaning rooms and public spaces, delivering guest requests, and stocking carts.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms and public spaces
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, responding to their requests and needs
  • Stock carts and ensure that all necessary supplies are available

  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of your work
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will also need to be physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time, and to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
