Housekeeping Expert

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including cleaning rooms and public spaces, delivering guest requests, and stocking carts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. You will also need to be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms and public spaces
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner
• Stock and maintain carts and other equipment, ensuring that they are clean and well-stocked at all times
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
• Take ownership of your work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
