About the Role:We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Clinical team at Lifespace Communities. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assisting residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and moving.
- Initiate resident needs assessments, safety checks, and report any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
- Coordinate with the nursing team to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs.
- Administer standard precautions and infection control standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
- Promptly respond to call lights and regularly assess residents' needs to ensure their needs are met.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
- Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
