**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Autism Support Professional to join our team. This role involves working one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans, and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

As an Autism Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized plans. You will also be part of a collaborative team environment, working together to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Reduce interfering behaviors
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team

**Requirements:**

  • Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
  • 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
