Regional Director of ABA Programs

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to oversee the growth and development of our ABA programs in the Cedar Rapids, Marion, and North Liberty, IA locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of caseload capacities, proper utilization of authorization hours, and efficient intake evaluations.
  • Mentorship of direct reports, including regular meetings, training, and development of new staff and protocols.
  • Capacity planning, including communication with Senior Director of Clinical Operations and coordination of intake of new clients.
  • Learner and family engagement, including supervision of clinical programming audits and insurance reports.
  • Stakeholder relations, including communication with external and internal stakeholders, and coordination of hiring efforts.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a field related to behavior analysis.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • 5+ years of experience in ABA, including management and supervision experience.
  • Exemplary leadership, mentoring, organization, clinical, and problem-solving skills.
