Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they enter our salon.
  • Supporting Artists: Assist our talented artists by preparing clean linens and supplies, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional services.
  • Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the lobby, dressing rooms, retail shelves, and restrooms, to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and organizing retail stock, as well as updating signage to keep our displays looking their best.
  • Checkout Experience: Engage with guests during the checkout process, ensuring accurate payment and providing an opportunity to connect with them and invite them to return.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be open to adapting to changing schedules.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, even in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand or walk for extended periods, and lift moderately heavy objects (up to 35 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance).
