Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistant to join a school district in Texas. This full-time position requires a validTexas State SLP License and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
CompensationWeekly pay with a competitive salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist who can provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A validTexas State SLP License
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
