Educational Requirements
Applicants must possess a doctoral degree with relevant research experience in Plant Pathology.

Experience and Skills
Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities that promote teamwork and collaboration. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger interdisciplinary team is essential. Additionally, candidates should be capable of managing multiple academic projects efficiently.

Licensure
A PhD in Plant Pathology or a closely related discipline is required.

Physical Demands
The role may require prolonged periods of sitting.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Job Summary
The Department of Plant Pathology is looking for a Postdoctoral Scholar to collaborate on various research initiatives, particularly focusing on hemp-related projects, including seed disease investigations and biocontrol assessments in both field and greenhouse settings. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on funding and departmental needs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Plant Pathology or a related field and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not include supervisory duties.
