About the Position:
We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner who is fluent in Spanish to provide high-quality patient care to our established patient base. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current Florida NP license
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Primary care experience required
- No new graduates accepted at this time
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $100,000+ per year, depending on experience
- Bonus structure of $10K - $25K per year

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with patients per day on average and call by phone only (2-3 times per month).
