Job Summary:
We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in family medicine.
Requirements:
- Current Florida NP License
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Primary care experience required
- No new graduates accepted at this time
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $100,000+ per year, depending on experience
- Bonus structure of $10K - $25K per year
