Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

ERP International is seeking highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of healthcare professionals at MacDill AFB, FL. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinics.

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate LPNs to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university, or vocational nursing program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a LPN/LVN within the past 24 months.
  • Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license from any state.
  • Current ARC or AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
