Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, focusing on lean values, automation, continuous improvement, and root cause corrective action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting equipment and analyzing data.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and bill of materials.
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing problems, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design and project engineering teams to ensure the suitability and producibility of complex molds, fixtures, and parts.
  • Provide strategic direction for systems, projects, and programs in the area of manufacturing engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, with 8 years of experience in engineering, operations, or a related field; or Master's Degree with 5 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Experience with CAD software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and experience with continuous improvement programs.
