About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Perryville, Arkansas location.

As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, assisting customers with their needs, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, greeting and thanking them, and assisting with their needs
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and timely manner, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance
  • Assist customers in locating products, offering recommendations, and providing personalized information
  • Upsell and promote items to increase overall sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Highlight our reward program to customers, encouraging their participation to foster customer loyalty
  • Follow company standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations and meet customer expectations
  • Process checkouts accurately and efficiently, adhering to proper cash handling procedures
  • Continuously seek product and project knowledge to better assist customers and identify unique selling opportunities
  • Resolve customer issues with the support and guidance of management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in using computers and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
  • Previous retail experience a plus
  • Willingness to learn and actively develop knowledge and skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to serve stores with humility and be a steward of Nation's Best's values
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-50 pounds, as well as perform tasks like bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching throughout the work shift
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business
