At Soliant, we are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapy Assistant to join our team in an educational setting. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will provide direct speech and language therapy to students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and assist in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs). Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions to students with varying abilities and needs
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure seamless support for student success
  • Documentation: Accurately track student progress and document therapy outcomes as per school policies
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid SLPA license (state-specific requirements apply)
  • Experience in a school setting or working with children is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
