Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at National Lutheran Communities & Services. As a Utility Aide (Dishwasher), you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes using a dish machine and hand wash items that do not fit in the machine
• Transport food products, stock new inventory, take away trash, and clean kitchen equipment

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $15 - $16 per hour, based on experience.

No prior experience in senior care is required; we will provide training on our processes and culture. We value team players with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
