Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
- Direct and supervise other assigned team members
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care
- Communicate clearly and openly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
- Be accountable for your performance and take initiative for your professional growth
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification
- Current additional certifications as required by department
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas
- At least 2 years RN experience
- Med/Surg - ICU experience
