Trade Recruiter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Recruiter to join our team at TRW Resources. As a Trade Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing qualified skilled trade construction candidates nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and place skilled trade construction candidates nationally
  • Handle a high volume of sourcing activity to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media to source candidates
  • Conduct phone and virtual candidate interviews and manage new hire and onboarding processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to jobseekers, field employees, and clients
  • Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and retained

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a Staffing/Recruiting role or within the construction or blue-collar industry
